You are eligible for Permanent Residence Visa processing if:
» You must have completed the Language Proficiency Test e.g. IELTS and/or TEF. Your Language Proficiency Test must be valid for one year from the date you are applying.
AND
» You have an offer of arranged employment approved by Canadian Government (HRSDC).
OR
» You are a skilled worker who has at least one year of continuous full time or equivalent paid work experience within the last TEN years in one or more of the 29 occupations listed according to Citizenship and Immigration Canada.
