The role of ENS, primarily is to improve Nursing as a profession in emerging economies, which in turn provide employment opportunities for Registered Nurses in the western world. To justify the same we have created a concept, which calls for globalization of Nurses. The standard of nursing world over would be conceived as a single statutory status thus removing the wait and the discrepancies in employment. ENS is licensed by the Government of India, which is non transferable, authorizing the company thereby to place nurses overseas. As part of CSEM operations, ENS has contributed towards the research operations and has provided CSEM an infrastructure for growth in India.
